Habits, prayers and goals for the whole family
Everyone marks their own day. The family sees it and cheers them on. It all works in Telegram.

It started with my family
I made Inoq for my family. Each of us had our own goals, but at the end of the day we didn't know who had done what, and we couldn't support each other. Now every day we mark our habits and prayers, see each other's day and celebrate small wins together. If it helps your family too, I'll be glad.
The five daily prayers
Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha. When you mark a prayer, its picture turns from grey to colour: On time, Late, or later Made up (qazo). Times are computed for your region, following the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan's timetable.
You see each other's day
The Family page shows everyone's day and the Weekly ranking. If someone is struggling, send them a cheer with one tap.
Every habit has two levels
Minimum and Recommended. On a hard day the Minimum still counts; on a good day you reach for the Recommended. The Today page keeps your whole day in one place: habits, prayers and what's left.
A busy day asks for less
Mark a day of travel, guests, illness or exams as a Busy day. That day the Recommended levels aren't required, the Minimum still counts, and the streak doesn't break.
Progress you can see
History, streak, badges, and the Weekly and Monthly reflection. At a glance you see which habit is going well and where it was hard.
It all happens in Telegram
Reminders arrive in the Telegram bot, and you mark a habit with one button. The app opens right inside Telegram, with nothing to install.
Privacy in plain words
Only you see your private notes on a prayer, and they never go to AI.
Only you and the family admin see your phone number.
At any time you can download all your data as one file, or delete your account completely.
How to start
Open the bot and start. Create a new family, or open the invite link you were sent. Then the family admin assigns habits to members, and everyone can add their own too.
